Pricing

One plan, priced for each clinic after a walkthrough. Every clinic gets everything on this page.

One plan, for the whole clinic

Talk to us.

The price depends on your clinic, so we set it after we've seen how you work.

How we set your price

  1. A walkthrough

Pick a time on our booking page: 30 minutes, on a video call or at our office in Victoria Island. We show you Stator on a demo clinic. You tell us how many physios and branches you have, whether you do home visits or see HMO patients, and how you keep records today.

  2. Your price

We tell you what Stator costs for your clinic and what the set-up includes.

  3. Set-up

In the first week we set up your clinic, print a guide for each role and take your team through one made-up patient.

Scheduling and bookings

For the front desk, on a computer or a phone.

  • A schedule for every physio

Day and week views, with each physio's bookings in their own column. Filter by physio, location or branch.

  • At the clinic, at home or online

Each visit is booked at the clinic, at the patient's home or as a video session.

  • Check-in

The desk checks the patient in, or Stator does at the start time, and they move onto the physio's My day list.

  • Reschedule, cancel or no-show

All from the visit itself. A cancellation or a no-show is recorded with its reason.

  • Reminder emails

The patient gets one the day before and another about an hour before. Before a home visit, the second says the physio is on the way.

  • New patients fill in their own details

From a link or a QR code on their phone, with the clinic's own intake and consent forms. The desk checks them before they're saved.

  • Patient numbers

Each new patient gets the clinic's next number, with the clinic's own prefix.

  • How each visit is paid

Self-pay at the desk, HMO, a prepaid package or billed monthly, set when the visit is booked.

  • Your working hours

The admin sets when the day starts and ends, so early and late sessions fit on the schedule.

Clinical notes

For the physios, written on a phone or a computer.

  • Initial Evaluation

Complaint, objective assessment, clinical impression, treatment plan, intervention, frequency and recommendation, each in its own box.

  • Daily notes

Subjective, objective, intervention today, assessment and plan.

  • Start from last visit

A new daily note can start from the last one. Today's treatment and the plan come across ready to edit, and the rest sits underneath to copy in.

  • Reassessments, progress reports and discharge

Reassessments and progress reports use the evaluation layout. A discharge note records the reason for discharge.

  • Goals

Set at the first evaluation, updated at reassessment, and marked met or partly met at discharge.

  • Outcome measures

Seventeen, including LEFS, KOOS, Oxford Knee and Hip, WOMAC, Berg, TUG and the 6-minute walk test. At reassessment, the first evaluation's scores sit above today's.

  • Approval by the head physio

Approve, or send a note back with a comment. An approved note is locked, and one changed after approval is marked and comes back. The clinic can switch approval off.

  • Print or email a note

An approved note prints on your letterhead or saves as a PDF, and a report can be emailed to the patient's doctor.

  • Documents

X-rays, scan reports, blood work and referral letters on the patient's Documents tab, uploaded or photographed on a phone.

  • Home exercise programmes

From the clinic's library or your own exercises and videos, with sets, reps, hold and frequency. They show in the patient's app, and can go by email, print or WhatsApp too.

  • Procedures performed (beta)

Physios log what they did on each visit. They never see prices.

Home visits

For the physio on the road, and the desk that books them.

  • An address a driver can use

The desk writes the area and a landmark. The physio gets the address with a Call button and Open in Maps.

  • Only the people on the visit

The address shows only to the desk, the admin (owner), the head physio and the physio booked for that visit.

  • Time in, signatures, time out

Tapped on the physio's phone at the door, and signed by the patient and the physio.

  • Book next visit

Opens the schedule a week ahead, with the patient and Home visit already filled in.

  • Home visits logbook

Every home visit with its times and signatures. Filter by month or physio, export it as a spreadsheet or print it as a logbook.

  • Open visits flagged

A home visit missing its time out or a signature after 24 hours shows on the compliance report.

Billing, receipts and HMO claims

For whoever handles the money. Physios never see prices or take payments.

  • Your own price list

Visit types and procedures, priced per branch and per HMO if you need to, including a home-visit fee if you charge one.

  • Visits not yet billed

Every visit that has happened without a bill. Tick them and generate the invoices.

  • Cash, transfer and POS

Part payments included. Receipt numbers are added for you, and the invoice shows the balance due.

  • Receipts

By email when the patient has an address, on WhatsApp with the amounts only, or printed on your letterhead.

  • Paid before the visit (beta)

Record a payment at the desk before the session, and use it when you bill the visit.

  • Packages and advance payments (beta)

Record a payment for upcoming sessions and apply it to visits when you choose.

  • Walk-in sales

Products and one-off items, paid on the spot with a receipt.

  • Payment confirmations (beta)

A patient taps I've paid in the app. The desk checks the bank app, then confirms or rejects it.

  • Void with a reason

Only the admin voids an invoice, with a reason, and nothing is deleted. A write-off needs a reason and never counts as revenue.

  • HMO coverage split

An HMO patient's invoice splits into what the scheme covers and what the patient owes.

  • HMO claims

The claims page shows what each HMO owes. Mark a claim paid when the money comes in, or rejected, which moves the balance to the patient. Export each month's claims for each HMO (in beta).

Patient app and family access

In the patient's phone browser, so there's nothing to install.

  • By invitation only

The clinic sends a one-time sign-in link by email, or on WhatsApp to the patient's own number. An emailed invite gets one reminder if it isn't used.

  • Appointments

Upcoming visits, at the clinic, at home or online.

  • Request an appointment (beta)

Patients ask for a day and time, and the desk books or declines it.

  • Bills and payments (beta)

What the patient owes, the clinic's bank details, and I've paid after a transfer.

  • Home exercises

The programme the physio prescribed, with videos and dosage notes.

  • Records requests

Patients ask for their records to be sent to them, a doctor or their insurer. The clinic approves and sends the latest visit, the last five or the full record, or declines with a note.

  • Family access, with consent

A family member gets their own sign-in only with the patient's consent, which the clinic records. The patient can remove them.

  • Clinical notes stay with the clinic

By default the app shows no clinical notes. A clinic can choose to show parts of approved notes, such as the goals and plan.

Messaging

Off until the clinic switches it on.

  • Patients write to the clinic

From the patient app, once an admin has switched messaging on, about appointments, bills, their treatment or something else.

  • Who replies

The admin, the head physio, the physios and the front desk. Every message is kept in the record of changes.

  • A reply-time promise

The admin sets how soon the clinic replies. Patients see that promise, with a note to call the clinic in an emergency.

  • Nothing private in the email

The email telling a patient a reply is waiting never carries the message itself.

Compliance and the staff handbook

For the owner and the head physio.

  • Rules you set

Late daily notes, late evaluations, home programmes not sent and notes submitted unchanged, plus your own rules. Each has its points, and a fine only if the clinic uses one.

  • Open home visits

Listed until the time out and both signatures are in.

  • Acknowledge or dispute

Each staff member sees their own points and can acknowledge or dispute an incident within 7 days. The admin or the head physio decides, and nobody decides their own.

  • Staff handbook and policies

Write them in Stator or upload a PDF. Each new version asks staff to read it, and you see who has acknowledged it and can send a reminder.

Reports and the owner's dashboard

What the owner checks, from a computer or a phone.

  • Money received

Revenue counts money received for the period you choose. Write-offs never count.

  • Outstanding balance and unpaid invoices

On the dashboard, next to revenue.

  • What needs attention

Notes awaiting approval, visits not yet billed, HMO claims pending and overdue invoices, on the same screen.

  • Monthly reports by email

An owner report and an accountant report on the 1st of each month, and a daily digest, to the people you choose.

  • Branches side by side

The revenue chart shows each branch, or all of them together.

  • Home programmes

Which patients have received a home exercise programme.

  • Exports (beta)

The admin or the accountant downloads patients, visits, invoices, payments and appointments as spreadsheets (CSV) at any time.

Users, roles and branches

Everyone signs in as themselves.

  • Five roles

Admin, head physio, physio, front desk and accountant. The role decides what each person sees and does.

  • Physios never see prices

Bills, payments and prices stay with the desk, the accountant and the owner.

  • When someone leaves

The admin locks their account and they're signed out on every device. Their notes stay.

  • Branches

Each patient has a home branch, and each staff member is set to the branches they work at.

  • Time off

Staff request time off in Stator, and the admin approves it.

  • Made for phones

Physios get a bar of their main screens at the bottom, and the desk and the admin can book, bill and check reports from a phone.

Security and data

The details are on the security page.

  • Each clinic's records kept apart

In the database itself, on top of the app's own checks.

  • A record of every change

Who changed a patient, note, appointment, invoice, payment or claim, and when. The app can't edit or delete it.

  • Nightly encrypted backups

Encrypted before they're written, and kept for 90 days.

  • Forgotten passwords

Reset by an email link, with repeated requests limited.

Your clinic's name on it

  • Your name, logo and colours

In the app, on receipts, prints and the letterhead, and in emails to patients.

  • Your own address

Your clinic gets its own address on statorhealth.com, or uses its own domain if it has one.

  • Emails under your name

Emails to patients go out under your clinic's name, from Stator Health or from your clinic's own email account.

Onboarding, training and support

What happens between the walkthrough and your first patient.

  • Set-up in the first week

Your branding, price list, visit types and staff logins.

  • Your records

Paper files stay where they are, and each patient goes into Stator the first time they're booked. If you use another system, we look at what it can export and agree with you what comes across.

  • A printed guide for each role

The front desk, the physios, the head physio and owner, and a one-page handout for patients.

  • Training

Before you start, we take the team through one made-up patient, from booking to receipt.

  • Support

Your staff reach the people who build Stator on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

Parts marked (beta) are new. They work, and we watch them closely. If something looks wrong, tell us the same day.

Questions about pricing

Why is there no price on this page?

Stator is priced for each clinic. We set the price after a walkthrough, once we know how many physios and branches you have and what your set-up involves.

Is everything on this page included?

Yes. Every clinic gets all of it. Messaging stays off until your admin switches it on, and note approval can be on or off.

What does the set-up include?

Your clinic's name, logo and colours, your price list and visit types, a login for each staff member and a printed guide for each role. Before you start, we take your team through one made-up patient.

Can we see it before we decide?

Yes. The walkthrough is on a demo clinic, using the kinds of visits you run, on a call or at your clinic.

Can we download our records?

Yes. With the exports (in beta), the admin can download patients, visits, invoices, payments and appointments as spreadsheets at any time.
