Private physiotherapy clinics

For a clinic that books on WhatsApp and wants its records in one place.

Bookings arrive on WhatsApp, notes live in paper files, and at closing someone adds up the day's payments. Stator puts the schedule, the notes and the bills in one place, and the desk keeps replying on WhatsApp as it does now.

What usually gets in the way

The booking is in one WhatsApp chat, the patient's history is in a folder, and what they paid is in a notebook. Each of them works, but nobody can see the whole day in one place.

Every booking on one schedule

The desk replies to the patient on WhatsApp as usual, then puts the visit on the schedule: the patient, the physio, the time and where it happens.

Each physio opens their own list for the day on their phone. The desk sees everyone's, and checks each patient in when they arrive.

Notes in the same boxes every time

A first visit opens as an Initial Evaluation, with a box for each part. Later visits use a short daily note, which can start from the last one.

If the clinic wants it, the head physio approves each note or sends it back with a comment. Approved notes print on your letterhead.

The day's bills, from the day's visits

At closing, the desk bills every visit that happened today from the clinic's own price list. Payments by cash, transfer or POS get a receipt number, and part payments leave the balance on the invoice.

The receipt goes by email, on WhatsApp with the amounts only, or printed on your letterhead.

Your paper files stay where they are

You don't copy years of files into Stator before you start. Each patient goes in the first time they're booked, and the physio writes a short history from the paper file in their first note.

If you use another system today, we look at what it can export and agree with you what comes across.

Tell us how your clinic runs a day, and we'll show you the same day in Stator.
