Clinics with more than one branch

For a clinic that runs more than one branch and wants one set of records.

Two branches often means two notebooks, two ways of billing and an owner who can only compare them at the end of the month. In Stator, every branch shares one set of records, and the owner looks at one branch or all of them at once.

What changes with a second branch

Each branch keeps its own way of doing things. A patient who moves between branches has a file in each, and staff who cover both don't know which list they're on.

Branches set up once

Each branch goes in once, with its name, area, address, phone and colour. Each patient has a home branch, and each member of staff is set to the branches they work at.

A new booking takes its branch from the physio's home branch, or the patient's, and the desk can change it.

One branch, or all of them together

The schedule, the bills and the dashboard can show one branch or every branch together. On the dashboard, the revenue chart puts each branch in its own colour, side by side.

Every branch on the letterhead

Invoices, receipts and printed notes go out on the clinic's letterhead, with the name, the logo and each branch's address and phone number.
