Scheduling
One schedule for the desk, every physio and every kind of visit.

The day at a glance
Every physio has a column on the day view, and the desk can switch to the week. Clinic visits, home visits and video sessions sit on the same schedule, so nobody keeps a second list.

- Filter by physio or by location. A clinic with more than one branch can show one branch at a time.
- A colour for each visit type, from the first evaluation to discharge, and a tag for a home or partner-site visit.
- Each booking says whether the visit is paid, part paid or unpaid.
- A video session, tagged VIRTUAL. The call runs on the video tool the clinic already uses.
- A home visit, tagged HOME, in the physio's column like any other visit.
Book while you reply on WhatsApp
The new appointment form fits on a phone. Find the patient by name or patient number, pick the visit type, the physio, the date and the time, and save.
If you don't know yet who will see the patient, leave the physio blank and assign one on the day.

Where the visit happens, and how it's paid
Every visit has a location: the clinic, the patient's home, a partner site or a video session. Home and partner-site visits record time in, time out and signatures on the visit.
The branch fills itself in from the physio's home branch, or the patient's. Set how the visit is expected to be paid, too: self-pay at the desk, HMO, a prepaid package or billed monthly.

Check in, move or cancel from one panel
Click a booking and everything the desk does to it is in one place.

- Checked in. The patient is now on the physio's My day list.
- How the visit is paid, as set when it was booked.
- Take payment (beta) records money before the session, and the receipt goes out straight away.
- Give the visit to another physio, move it to another time or edit the details.
- A no-show or a cancellation is recorded with its reason, and the reason stays on the record.
Each physio's day, on their phone
My day lists the physio's patients for today in time order, with who has checked in. Under it, My queue lists the notes the head physio sent back, oldest first.
The physio starts the session from there. A bar at the bottom of the screen keeps the dashboard, the schedule, patients and consultations one tap away.

Also in scheduling
New patients fill in their own details
Send a link on WhatsApp or show a QR code. The patient fills in the clinic's intake and consent forms on their phone, and the desk checks the answers before the patient is created.
Patient numbers
Each new patient gets the clinic's next patient number, with the clinic's own prefix.
Reminder emails
Patients with an email address get a reminder the day before and another about an hour before. Before a home visit, the second one says the physio is on the way.
Check-in at the start time
If nobody at the desk checks a patient in, Stator does it at the visit's start time, so the physio's list is never empty while the waiting room fills.
Your working hours
The admin sets when the clinic's day starts and ends, so early and late sessions fit on the schedule.
Time off
Physios ask for time off in Stator, and the admin approves or declines it.
How it works
1. A patient messages the clinic
They write on WhatsApp, as they do now. The desk replies the same way.
2. The desk books the visit
The patient, the physio, the time, where it happens and how it's paid, from a phone or a computer.
3. The patient arrives
The desk checks them in, or Stator does at the start time. They move onto the physio's list.
4. The physio starts the session
From My day, straight into the note for that visit.
