Practices doing home visits

For a practice whose physios spend the day on the road.

Once a physio leaves for a patient's house, the clinic often knows little until they're back. Stator records when they arrived, who signed and when they left, on the physio's phone.

What's hard about home visits

A home visit happens where nobody from the clinic can see it. The address often sits in a chat that many of the staff can read, and the start and end times are whatever the physio writes down later.

The address, only for the people on the visit

The desk writes the address with the area and a landmark, the way a driver would need it. The physio booked for the visit gets it with a Call button and Open in Maps.

Only the desk, the admin (owner), the head physio and that physio can see it. Other physios can't.

Time in, signatures and time out

At the door, the physio taps Time in. The patient signs on the physio's phone, and before leaving, the physio taps Time out and signs too.

Book next visit opens the schedule a week ahead, with the patient and Home visit already filled in.

What's still open, on the owner's report

A home visit still missing its time out or a signature 24 hours later shows on the compliance report until it's complete.

The home visits logbook lists every visit with its times and signatures. Filter it by month or physio, export it as a spreadsheet or print it on your letterhead.
